Data Protection

The operator of these pages takes the protection of your personal data seriously. We treat personal data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations as well as this data protection explanation.
The use of this website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can be subject to security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible. You can encrypt communication with many websites, even automatically, for example with the browser extension HTTPS Everywhere. There are also extensions for many browsers that protect you from being tracked by "free", centralized content provision (e.g. Decentraleyes for Firefox). E-mail encryption, for example, can be enabled through the use of Open PGP.

Cookies

Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to assess the use of offers and to make offers more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your browser.

Most of the cookies used are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on the end device until users* delete them. These cookies make it possible to recognise the browser used the next time you visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, accept cookies for certain cases or generally exclude them and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Server log files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which are automatically transmitted by a browser. These are:

Browser type and browser version
used operating system
Referrer URL
Hostname of the accessing computer
Time of the server request and dwell time

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data will not be merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on voluntarily without your consent.

Newsletter data

If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected. We use these data exclusively for the dispatch of the requested information and do not pass them on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.

Business-related processing

In addition, the following data is processed:
- Contract data (e.g., object of contract, duration, customer category).
- Payment data (e.g., bank details, payment history)
of customers, interested parties and business partners for the purpose of providing contractual services, service and customer care.

Performance of contractual services

Inventory data (e.g., names and addresses as well as contact data of users) and contract data (e.g., services used, names of contact persons, payment information) will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations and services in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit b. DSGVO are processed. The entries marked as mandatory in online forms are required for the conclusion of the contract.
Within the scope of using the online service, we store the IP address and the time of the respective user action. The storage is based on our legitimate interests, as well as the user's protection against misuse and other unauthorized use. These data will not be passed on to third parties unless it is necessary to pursue our claims or there is a legal obligation pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. The installation of a VPN can influence the transmission of IP addresses in the sense of anonymisation.
The deletion of the data takes place after expiry of statutory warranty and comparable obligations; the necessity of data storage is reviewed every three years; in the case of statutory archiving obligations, deletion takes place after expiry of these obligations. Information in any customer account shall remain in place until it is deleted.

Cooperation with contract processors and third parties

If we disclose data to other persons and companies (contract processors or third parties) in the context of our processing, transfer them to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this shall only take place on the basis of legal permission (e.g. if a transfer of the data to third parties, such as payment service providers, pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO is necessary for the performance of the contract), you have consented, a legal obligation provides for this or the service cannot otherwise be offered.
If we commission third parties with the processing of data on the basis of a so-called "order processing contract", this is done on the basis of Art. 28 DSGVO.

SSL Encryption

This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as a site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Right to information, revocation, deletion

You have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint for this and other questions on the subject of personal data.
