I have a background in empirical and normative democracy research, in qualitative and quantitative social science research, and in project management. In my courses I combine knowledge transfer with interactive teaching formats, such as experiential learning, game-based learning, or creativity methods.
The target group of my teaching assignments, alongside students and doctoral students, are employees of further education institutes or specialists from the non-formal education sector or international cooperation, in particular when it comes to topics like designing interactive teaching/learning settings and project management, participatory project planning and support.
